Motto: “Giving to others, by living our Obligation.” Remembering our Obligation, we will always find “Loyalty to God and Country”. Aim: Unity through Service and Friendship.
Church Approaching the Bicentennial year of our Country, it was most appropriate for our Worthy Grand Matron and Worthy Grand Patron to call this Session “THE AMERICAN WAY”. The theme “Loyalty to God and Country” was proudly displayed in the Grand Chapter East above the dais. The motto and aim were revealed in three arches displayed “Heritage” to all. Inside the first arch stood a Church with an illuminated Eastern Star above the door, the second displayed a beautiful Crown and Scepter and the third, the American Flag, with an Eagle and a Bell, looking as though the flag was unfurling in the wind. The Loyalty, of Esther, represented by the Crown and Scepter, to God and Country, is everyone’s Heritage. The railings on the stairways to the East were entwined with red, white and blue ribbon with bows on the posts. At the back of each Star Point chair was an American Shield with the appropriate emblems shining through.
