The Grand Chapter room was surrounded with the white fence and lighted posts. The Star Points sat in stationary swings within frames which were entwined with pink apple blossoms. The Grand Chapter East displayed a scene depicting the State Capitol on the left, Spinning Blue World in the center and scenes of Wisconsin on the right with apple blossoms and green foliage plants.
