Location
Personal preference, this displays in Pop Up. Used with search, you could search by Chapter, City, or Chapter number. If you prefer to put Chapter name in Brief Description, then this could indicate the Dinner location.

Timed Event
If you activate timed event, the start time will display on the calendar event.

Category
Calendar Events may be filtered, so that only Grand Representatives are displayed on monthly calendar. You may enter several categories for an event, such as Grand Representative, and Chapter Calendar. Click EDIT, to open the Category box, highlight, and move with >> button, click OK to save the choices.

Enter Date with Care, 2010 is just around the corner

All events must be reviewed, and approved by the administrators. We will try and check spelling, and reasonableness. The main purpose of the administrators, is be gate keepers from malicious entries, and hackers.

Send your Word documents special invitations, or create a pdf. The webmaster will be able to create an URL link to this calendar event. Or you can create a link, such as linking back to your Masonic Lodge, Dinner location, or online photo gallery. As always, you comments or suggestions are welcome.
